Donna Huneycutt, J.D. President and Chief Operating Officer

Donna Huneycutt co-founded WWC Global in 2004 and continues to lead the firm today as President and Chief Operating Officer.

With the establishment and technical oversight of the company, Donna identified and promulgated the company’s core value – credibility. She brings new ways of thinking to government agencies.

Donna’s leadership capability, entrepreneurial approach to federal contracting, and legal acumen have enabled WWC Global to systematically mitigate risk and function at a sophisticated, highly compliant level with an excellent audit reputation.

Prior to WWC Global, Donna was a private equity attorney and also practiced business immigration law. Her clients included FleetBoston Financial, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, GE Capital, AIG and Oxygen Media.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley and a Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law.

Donna has testified to Congress about the impacts of regulation on Small Business and serves as Chair of the Committee on Acquisition Management of the National Defense Industrial Organization (NDIA). She sits on NDIA’s Procurement Executive Board and was chosen by NDIA to represent Small Business at the Reagan National Defense Forum. Donna has lectured on small business procurement at the Department of Defense’s National Defense University and to Congress’s Section 809 Committee to improve and reform Department of Defense acquisition rules.

Donna has been awarded the Professional Excellence Award by the Military Spouses JD Network.

Donna is co-founder of In Gear Career, now part of the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Hiring our Heroes program, as well as a co-founder of Homefront Rising, a program that educates military spouses for roles in politics, policy and advocacy.
